Jackbit is now Jack.com
On 29 May 2026 the company announced through GlobeNewswire that Jackbit "has officially completed its transition to Jack.com". The release came with a platform update it calls Volume 2.0: a rebuilt wallet ("Wallet 2.0"), a live bets feed, a recent big wins display, a high rollers leaderboard, peer-to-peer tipping and a redesigned VIP programme with instant rakeback, weekly and monthly bonuses, level-up rewards and VIP managers for top tiers.
For existing players the release promised "no disruption" to accounts. Your Jackbit login, balance and VIP history were meant to carry over, which is why the old address simply forwards to the new one.

Can you play Jackbit from Canada?
Gambling in Canada is run province by province. The Criminal Code lets each province conduct and manage gaming, so whether an online casino is "allowed" depends on where you live, not on the country as a whole. Jack.com does not hold a licence from any Canadian province. Its licence comes from Curaçao.
Here is what that means in practice:
- Ontario: private casinos must be registered with the AGCO and contracted with iGaming Ontario. Jack.com, Data Link Digital and Ryker are not in iGO's operator directory (checked 4 Nov 2026).
- Alberta: a regulated private market opened on 13 July 2026. A search of AGLC's gaming registrants for "Jack" on 4 Nov 2026 returned only the JackpotCity and Spin Casino operator, not Jack.com.
- Québec, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Atlantic Canada: the provincial lottery corporation runs the only licensed online casino (Loto-Québec, PlayNow, PlayNow SK, ALC). Offshore sites such as Jack.com sit outside that system.
Jack.com's own restricted-country list (as reported by CryptoSlate in October 2026) names the United States, Australia, the Netherlands and several European countries, but not Canada. A French-language review on Gambling.com adds that the brand's bonus content is not meant for residents of Ontario or Alberta. The practical upshot: you can usually open an account, but you don't get provincial protections such as a local complaints body, and disputes go to the operator and then to Curaçao.
The welcome offer, in real numbers
There is no deposit match and no free spins in the current offer. New players registering from 19 October 2026 get a 20% Rakeback Boost for their first 72 hours.

What the boost is worth
Published rates: slots earn 12 points per US$100 wagered, and 100 points are worth US$1. That is a 0.12% return on slot turnover. The boost adds a fifth on top.
Example: you wager US$500 on slots during your first 72 hours. Standard rakeback is 60 points (US$0.60). With the boost it is 72 points (US$0.72). The boost itself is worth US$0.12. It costs nothing and has no wagering attached, but it is a small perk, not a reason to sign up.
Slots and games you'll recognise
CryptoSlate counted 8,664 slots and 517 live casino entries from 84 studios in Jack.com's logged-out lobby on 30 Sep 2026. The tiles below are Jackbit's own lobby art.
Video slots
Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, NetEnt, Relax Gaming, Nolimit City and dozens more. In August 2024 Jackbit's lobby API listed 6,479 casino titles from 88 studios; the 2026 library is bigger.
Live casino
Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live game shows such as Crazy Time and Mega Wheel, plus blackjack, roulette and baccarat from Ezugi and others. Jack.com also runs branded tables such as Jack ONE Blackjack.
Originals
In-house provably fair games: Plinko, Dice, Mines, Limbo, Aero, HiLo, Keno40 and others, 22 titles in all according to CryptoSlate.
The sportsbook
Jackbit was always a casino and a sportsbook under one wallet, and Jack.com keeps both. The site has pre-match and live betting, esports, cricket, racing and virtual sports sections, and by October 2026 it also had a prediction markets page. Jackbit's earlier sports features included Bet Builder (up to 10 markets from one sport on a single ticket), Cash Out and a 3+1 free bet promotion.
Single-event betting has been legal in Canada since 27 August 2021, but only through provincially licensed or provincially run books. Jack.com is not one of them.

Deposits, withdrawals and limits
Jack.com is a crypto-first casino. You deposit to a wallet address or buy crypto inside the cashier with a card. Canadian dollars can be shown as a display currency, but there is no Interac e-Transfer, and the withdrawal options listed are crypto.
- 17 coins, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, USDC, Litecoin, Solana, XRP, Dogecoin, TRON and Monero
- Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay through an in-cashier crypto purchase
- CryptoSlate reports routine crypto withdrawals in around 10 to 12 minutes; the terms allow up to 24 hours
| Rule | Limit |
|---|---|
| Wager deposit before cashing out | 1x |
| Withdrawal cap | US$50,000 / 7 days, US$100,000 / 30 days |
| Maximum win per bet | US$500,000 (jackpots excluded) |
| Inactive account fee | €10 a month after 12 months |
Limits as summarised from Jack.com's terms by CryptoSlate (updated 30 Oct 2026). A processing fee may apply if you withdraw after wagering less than three times your last deposit, and verification (ID, proof of address, sometimes source of funds) can be requested before a large first withdrawal.
Our honest take
What works
- No wagering on rakeback, so what you earn is cash
- Very large slot and live library from well-known studios
- Fast crypto withdrawals and a casino plus sportsbook in one balance
- Site available in French as well as English
What to weigh
- No Canadian provincial licence and no local complaints body
- No Interac; you need to be comfortable with crypto
- The welcome offer is worth cents, not dollars, for most players
- Trustpilot score of 1.8 from 58 reviews (October 2026, per CryptoSlate)
Our view: Jack.com is a sensible pick only for Canadians who already hold crypto, want a big game library and value fast, wager-free rakeback over a headline bonus. If you live in Ontario or Alberta, a provincially registered site gives you more protection. The reviews page explains why published ratings range from 1.8/5 to 9.3/10.

Frequently asked questions
Is Jackbit the same company as Jack.com?
It is the same brand under a new name. The May 2026 press release says Jackbit completed its transition to Jack.com and that existing accounts carry over. The licence holder named by review sites changed from Ryker B.V. to Data Link Digital B.V.; both companies hold their own Curaçao licences.
Is Jackbit legal in Canada?
Jack.com is licensed in Curaçao, not by a Canadian province. It is not registered in Ontario or Alberta, the two provinces with private licensing. Canada is not on its restricted list, so most Canadians can sign up, but you play without provincial consumer protection.
Does Jackbit have a promo code?
Not for the current offer. The 20% Rakeback Boost activates on its own when you register. JACKBIT50 (2023) and WELCOME (advertised in December 2025) were codes for earlier welcome deals.
Can I deposit in Canadian dollars?
CAD is available as a display currency, but deposits are made in crypto or by buying crypto with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay inside the cashier. There is no Interac e-Transfer.
Is there a Jackbit app?
Not in the Canadian App Store. Jack.com is an installable web app: your browser can add it to your home screen, where it opens full-screen like an app.
Is my old Jackbit account still valid?
According to the operator, yes: accounts moved to Jack.com without interruption. Sign in at jack.com with the same details, and contact live chat or support@jack.com if anything is missing.
